Many thanks for the excellent service and technical advice given to me with my recent purchases from yourselves, the system is up and running perfectly.
After dealing with 2 other companies who supplied what turned out to be hardware and software of doubtful origin, it has been a pleasure dealing with a company who puts the customer first and supplies first grade equipment. Any advice (on sometimes probably stupid questions) was dealt with very efficiently and your technical knowledge is first class.

We have received the camera and DVR returned to Gary in Telford.
I am delighted to say that it has performed fantastically, and that the police were very impressed. We have secured Phase One of the contract which will be formally announced next week.

Having spent the last 2 months searching the internet for a good camera,and having placed orders only to find problems, and then finding sites with no overseas ordering facilties, and even ordering cameras which were not delivered, it was indeed refreshing to finally discover your site and go through the whole process
in a matter of minutes. ! I only wish we had found your site in the beginning. !!
The only problem was in finding you. ? It was pure chance that we eventually discovered your site which did not actually show up in our previous weeks of searching. ? Many many other sites, but not yours. We thought perhaps you might like to know this
so as to enable you to confer with the search engines .
It is also a great shame that Sterling is so expensive. When the day finally arrives for you to join the EMU, if ever ?, we are sure your european sales will jump through the roof. ?

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the help I got from Gary at Telford, last friday I had got into some trouble with the installation of a 32 camera system with a customer, Garry went out of his way to sort out my problems I know that he stayed at work late last friday to get it finished so that I could collect it this morning, after which I spent 30mins with customer and the problem was sorted. I normally get great help from Pat and Garry but I thought this deserved a special word.

Commendation to the staff at the Corydon department, especially Max in the sales department, after spending a large sum on security camera and DVR's ,as a first time customer all the way from west London the service was very commendable, from the word go, the delivery was on time, the price was value for money, and getting the right tool for the job at hand, I think SCT will be getting my purchase for a while now.

Thanks for the quick phone call about my DVR the square boxes I was experience with night recording, I adjusted the frame rate to 48 and quality to best and it was perfect, thanks again for help I am very impressed and that takes a lot for me so well done.

We would love to tell you how thankful we are that you have kindly agreed to donate a PCI Card to us, and to let you know it will give us a great weight off our sholder's knowing that the premises will now be monitored 24 hours a day.
